From what many so called experts have advised me, stress is in their opinion one of the biggest factors in my own health problems. I have been told to reduce the amount of stress in my life, this however is not easy for me to do. A couple of years ago, after unsuccessfully attempting to reduce my stress levels, a friend of mine told me about the benefits of tai chi. He had been attending tai chi lessons for around a year and had not only enjoyed the experience, it had also helped him to see life in a whole new and calm manner. I was quite reluctant as this type of thing was not really me, however after quite a lot of persuading I did eventually attend. I have now been going to these tai chi classes for around six months and it does work. It has really helped me in my quest to reduce the amount that I stress.
